A blemish less face is something which every one aspires for and does everything to get that glow and shine in the face that will make people turn around and see more than once. Our face usually gets affected with many skin related problems like marks, scars, acne, rashes, sunburns and blackheads. Blackheads in particular cause real menace since they tend to remain on the skin in such a visible manner that they appear spread all over the face. Blackhead removal or extraction becomes important to present a blemish less healthy face to the world around us. Here are some tips for removing blackheads through simple home remedies.
Home remedies to Remove BlackHeads
1. Baking Soda
Mix 2 tea spoons of baking soda with clean water and apply on the black head for a few minutes. Clean it with cold water and wipe off with a clean towel. Repeating this twice a week will lighten and hide the black head in a gradual manner over period of time.
Take one tea spoon of Cinnamon powder and add to a pinch of Turmeric Powder and 2 tea spoons of Lemon juice. Apply this paste on your face for 15 to 20 minutes and wash off with cold water. Regular usage of this paste will clear Black Heads over a period of time.
3. Oat Meal
Mix 3 spoons of Yogurt, two spoons of oatmeal, little bit of Lemon Juice with Olive Oil. Apply this paste on the face and wash after a few minutes. To remove Black Heads from your face periodically use Oatmeal treatment as frequently as possible.
4. Lemon, Honey and Sugar
Cut a lemon into half. Add a few drops of Honey on the same and a pinch of sugar which may help in the process of extra foliation. Rub on the Black head affected areas gently for a few minutes. Repeat this for ten minutes. This will help get rid of Black Heads in a rapid manner.
Apply pure honey on a clean face for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash with cold water. Honey being a natural cleanser and bleach lightens the dark spots in the face and affected areas. It also clears the wrinkles making the face glow brightly and is very effective in black head removal.
6. Green Tea
Mix one table spoon of dried Green Tea leaves with a little bit of water and gently scrub over the Black Head areas. This is a good treatment for Black Heads since the dry Green Tea leaves are capable of cleaning the pores of the skin in a deeper manner than the other methods. It extracts the black heads in a smooth and effective manner.
Mix the required quantity of Turmeric with Lemon juice till it comes to a paste consistency. Apply it on the face and allow it to dry. Wash off with lukewarm water. Lemon being a natural disinfectant clears the bacteria that cause Black Heads.
8. Corn Meal
Take a spoon full of water or milk and mix with powdered corn meal. Making your face undergo a mild steam treatment using hot water inhalation will open up the pores helping the cornmeal application to effectively remove Black Heads.
Mix powdered Fenugreek with water and apply on the face for a few minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Fenugreek cools down the skin and removes any possible infections on the Black head areas in a smooth manner.
