1. Drink Sufficient Water
Drink approximately 8-10 glasses of water every day. Keep your body hydrated as dehydration can be the cause of headache.
2. Vitamin B2 Deficiency Studies have shown that taking Vitamin B2 can prevent possible migraines.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar
Adding two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a full glass of water and drinking it will maintain the body’s acid-alkaline balance. This can prevent headaches.
4. Flax Seeds
As inflammation can be one of the causes of headache and flax seed being anti-inflammatory in nature and rich in omega 3 fatty acids, can be very useful ingredient for reducing pain. You can also add it in smoothie or take one small teaspoon of ground Flax Seed along with 2-3 tablespoons of warm water.
5. Green Leafy Vegetables
Deficiency of magnesium in the body may cause headaches. Add green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and collards to your diet as they are rich in magnesium.
