FOOD TO AVOID IN HEADACHE AND MIGRAINE:
Migraine can happen due to allergies to various food products. So it is crucial to keep a list of food products you eat and drink in order to figure out what you are allergic to.

1. Avoid Packaged and Processed Food
Avoid eating food containing monosodium glutamate which found in packaged and processed food. Intake of canned food, canned soup, processed meat, processed nuts can trigger headaches.
2. Avoid Dairy Products
Intake of ice cream, milk, yogurt, cheese, whipped cream and sour cream can cause headache. Dairy products contain casein which is a slow digesting protein and may trigger headaches.

4. Avoid Soy Sauce
Do not eat soy sauce as it contains monosodium glutamate (MSG) which can trigger migraine.
5. Avoid Bananas
Bananas contain tyramine which is the same substance found in aged cheese. This may trigger headache and migraine.
6. Avoid Diet Soft Drinks
Avoid soft drinks as they contain aspartame, which causes headache and digestive problems.
7. Meats like bacon, hot dog and other nitrite-containing meats should be avoided.
