Meditation, yoga and muscle relaxation exercises can help reducing headache and migraine.
2. Reduce stress by counseling and discussing your problems with family and friends.
3. Get enough sleep.
4. Acupressure point: Press and massage the fleshy area between the thumb and index finger, at the highest spot of the muscle when both the thumb and finger are brought close together. Do this for one or two minutes and then repeat on the other hand. Avoid it during pregnancy.
