Brussels Sprouts in Garlic Butter Recipe

Yummiest & by far the most preferred recipe by people. In order to prepare this, melt some butter and olive oil in a pan until the butter seems foamy. Add a few cloves of smashed garlic. Cook till its light brown in color. Add the hero of the dish-‘our sprouts’ & cover the pan with a lid. Toss it gently after 10-15 minutes. Make sure they are a bit tender now. If not, cook for five more minutes. Wrap up with adding salt and pepper along with some grated parmesan cheese. Can’t wait to eat this!

Brussels Sprouts Recipe – Curry

Coming on to a more traditional Indian style, we have Brussels Sprouts Curry Recipe

To begin with, stir fry the sliced Brussels sprouts in one teaspoon of oil on a medium flame. Transfer these fried sprouts to another bowl. In the same wok/vessel, add one teaspoon of oil followed by chopped ginger, garlic & onions. Once the onions start to turn golden, add the tomato puree along with a bay leaf and cook till it gets thickened. Add Salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and the fried sprouts. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve this delicious curry with a roti or naan, kadhi or steamed rice. Sounds Tempting!
